Thank you for shopping at The Azari Collection. This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items purchased on our online platform at theazaricollection.co.za

1. SHIPPING PROVIDER & CARRIER

We use The Courier Guy as our sole shipping partner for all domestic deliveries across the Republic of South Africa. All orders are safely dispatched from our fulfillment point using their trusted transport network, ensuring your jewellery and accessories reach you securely.

2. CALCULATED SHIPPING RATES & CODES

We do not offer fixed or flat-rate shipping. Delivery rates are calculated dynamically at checkout directly based on the live pricing, fuel surcharges, and destination criteria defined by The Courier Guy. To ensure a standardized and efficient pricing model for our small items, shipping profiles are configured using a default volumetric flyer dimensions profile of 35cm (Length) x 26cm (Width) x 8cm (Height).

Depending on your exact address and selected urgency, the following service level codes are utilized at checkout:

• Economy Road (ECO): Used for standard nationwide road transport to major hubs (typically 2–3 business days).
• Economy Road Regional (ECOR): Used for standard road delivery to outlying or regional towns (typically 3–5 business days).
• Local Overnight Parcel (LOX): Premium overnight service for local main metropolitan zones.
• Local Same Day Flyer (LSF): Express same-day delivery service for local metropolitan flyer shipments.
• Overnight Courier (OVN): Standard next-business-day air or road delivery to major national cities.
• Overnight Regional (OVNR): Next-business-day or 48-hour courier delivery to outlying regional areas.

3. FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

Free shipping is automatically unlocked for orders where the cart total spends R1000 or more. Free shipping tiers are restricted exclusively to standard service levels to optimize transit efficiency. The codes utilized for free shipping distributions are:

• Economy Road (ECO): For all national major hubs and regional routes.
• Local Same Day Flyer (LSF): For applicable local metropolitan regional deliveries.

4. FREE IN-STORE COLLECTION

We offer a free standard in-store pickup service at our storefront. If you prefer to bypass shipping fees entirely, select the collection option at checkout. Once your order has been packed and finalized, we will notify you to arrange a collection time.

5. PACKAGING AND SIZING

Because jewellery pieces are small and intricate, items are carefully housed in protective branded boxes or pouches to prevent damage during transit. The structural 35cm x 26cm x 8cm flyer template ensures your packaging remains compact while remaining fully optimized under standard courier parameters.

6. TRACKING & DISPATCH

A unique tracking number will be generated and issued to you via email as soon as your package is dispatched. You can monitor the real-time delivery status of your package directly through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The Courier Guy attempts delivery to your specified shipping address up to three times. If a delivery fails repeatedly due to the receiver being unavailable, the parcel may be returned to the depot, and you will need to contact us or the carrier directly to rearrange delivery, which may incur additional delivery charges.

8. DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any shipping discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
